Free delivery for puchase of S$80.00 and above.Otherwise a sum of S$3.00-$8.00 delivery fee will be levied (depending on location).Alternatively,you can collect your items at certain MRT station(subject to availability) at no extra cost(for purchase above $50.00).For purchase below $50.00,collection can be made at Tampines or Simei mrt station.For other delivery arrangements,please contact us.You can also ask for your items to be delivered to you via registered mail,but all postage fee will have to be borne by you(for this instance,you will need to make a bank fund transfer to PettiestPetz before we send out your item).Please allow 7days for delivery of your goods(upon confirmation).

 

 

Return Policies:

 

Pettiest Petz regret to inform you that we accept only exchange(within 7days of purchase date) but not cash refund. We only accept exchange for the following senario:

 

*The size of your item does not fit

 

We will gladly exchange your purchases as long as it is unworn/unused and unwash, together with the original receipt. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of item will be borne by the customer.
